We highly recommend our SteepleLeakpreventative maintenance program. We can design a complete maintenance system to thouroughly protect the exterior gel coat from the UV rays, dirt and mold build up. Our prescheduled preventative maintenance member services include cleaning, polishing, caulking and our trademark SteepleLeak Gel Coat Seal System as needed. Note: If the protective gel coat has extensive damage and or the surface is beyond preventative measures, No Worries, SteepleLeak™ can apply a Lifetime Protective Coating System backed by our (10) year workmanship guarantee.
Unexpected weather related damages, wind, hail and lightning are also covered under the(Preventative Maintenance Program). For example; if your steeple, dome and or other fiberglass structure has been damaged due to weather related issues, a SteepleLeak™ team will be assigned to perform a detailed inspection including providing photos of existing conditions and a detailed evaluation report; CIS Steeplejack will also consult with the owner to explore the best options and cost effective solutions.
Our recommended maintenance schedule is every 3-4 years depending on the location and conditions of environment. Pre-paid customers will be discounted 15% on total estimated cost. Monthly assurance installments will save you 10% on total estimated cost. If there is more than one church and or SPM member in your area you can save up to 30% on total cost thus will greatly expand the life of your fiberglass steeple, dome or structure.
